Todd Hall, originally designed by AE Doyle, is a historic office and classroom building providing space for several departments and a child development and day care center.

Workshops were conducted to develop current and future program requirements for the departments.  Physical Plant staff participated in workshops.  Richard McBride conducted the workshops which also included structural, mechanical and electrical engineers.  A report that included design and budget options along with graphic materials was prepared for University administration.

A key component of the design was to provide an addition that resolved wheel chair access issues within the building.  The report is being used to promote the remodel and renovation of this significant building within the academic community and the State System of Higher Education.
